DL-Jeff Biggie returns for 2022 season

The Erie Express are happy to announce the return of DL-Jeff Biggie (Central Tech) for the 2023 season. Jeff begins his fifth season with the Express and will compete for a starting position on the defensive line or linebacker.

Last season Biggie played a major role in our winning the 2021 GDFL National Championship as well as the 2022 USA Bowl Nation Championship Summer Division. For his efforts his teammates and coaches awarded him with the Express Defensive Most Improved award.
Jeff is a graduate of Central Tech High School in Erie, PA where he was a two sport standout athlete in both track and football. In track Jeff earned 3 varsity letters and was one of the top throwers in District 10. In football he earned another 3 varsity letters and was selected to play in the annual Save an Eye All-Star Game.
"We know what we get with Jeff. He can play multiple positions and plays them all well. If ever we needed him to rock on the OL he can handle that as well. He has steadily improved his game year in and year out. That comes from commitment and hard work. Jeff is also a youth coach so he leads by example for his players.
