"O'Sha may have been in his rookie season but he certainly played like a seasoned vet all year. His attitude and ability to receive and relay coaching was on point every week. Many guys have all the answers, or so they think. O'Sha is not that guy. He worked to get better each and every week and those around him fed off that attitude. He asked the questions that needed to be asked then performed at the highest level on gamedays. He and his family had to work through some incredibly difficult times this year and O'Sha kept his eye on the prize and never once lost focus despite those hard times. We are all so proud of him, his accomplishments and commitment to excellence. We know we are not the only ones proud "-Director of Operations Paul Pennington.
Jackson is going on his 4th of year of coaching experience. Currently coaches freshman football at his alma mater Warren G. Harding in Warren, Ohio.
