K/P-Nathan Lazan signs for the 2023

The Erie Express are pleased to announce the signing of K/P-Nathan Lazan (Mercyhurst Prep) for the 2023 season. Nathan begins his first season with the Express and will compete for playing time at both kicker and punter.

Nathan is a graduate of Mercyhurst Prep High School where he was a standout three sport athlete for the Lakers. Nathan earned All Region honors as a kicker and punter in football. In baseball Nathan also earned All Region accolades as a third baseman earning the 2021 golden glove award as a senior. Larzan was also a member of the Lakers golf team.

Nathan attended our open combine at the perfect time as we are down a kicker/punter from last season. He is a solid athlete who the coaches felt would be able to fill the void.

We have always had great kickers so we have been very blessed.
