"Jarel did a great job for us last season. He is coachable, has tremendous athletic ability and can play multiple positions well. At the moment he is battling it out for the starting QB job. He is in much better shape this year and has clearly been working hard during the off season. We are blessed to have him back on board and are expecting a great season from him in 2023"-Director of Operations Paul Pennington.
